How Do I Book Tickets?

Website/Phone/In Person

The easiest way to book tickets for an event is through our website: https://www.lawnlincoln.com/the-blue-room-events

You can also book tickets by calling 01522 523 548 or 07765 854 025.

If the call is no answered, please leave your name nad number and someone will get back to as soon as possible.

We do not operate a full in-person box office on site, however, tickets can sometimes we purchased through The Lawn Cafe.

How Accessible is The Blue Room?

The Blue Room has a "no step" access route. A lift on the ground floor will take you straight to The Blue Room and there are male, female and accessible toilets located on the same floor. 

An evac chair is available in case of emergency with trained staff on hand. 

Is there parking on site?

There is a large Pay and Display car park on site. This is run and maintained by the council. For parking charge rates please visit: https://www.lincoln.gov.uk/directory-record/58/the-lawn

Can I Refund or Exchange Tickets?

What are my options?

For exchanges we will do our best to accommodate requests received in a reasonable time frame before the event. We cannot guarantee that an exchange will be possible if an event is near or at sell out status.

Refunds can only be granted to performances that have been cancelled or postponed, as per our Terms & Conditions. Should you require a refund please email us the order number, the name the order was purchased under, the last 4 digits of your card number and the reason you require a refund. Refunds will be looked at on a case by case basis and often need to be signed off by the event organisers. If you are eligible for a refund and once this has been processed by a member of the team, you will receive a confirmation email of your refund.

My event has been cancelled what do I do?

In the instance that an event is forced to cancel we will do our best to contact all ticket holders in reasonable time to inform them.

For events being organised directly by The Blue Room, The Asylum Players or Stokes Coffee refunds will be issued directly via your booking method. 

For events from outside bookers, The Blue Room will liaise with said bookers to help facilitate a quick refund or exchange of tickets.

Do you offer Concession rates? 

As we are a venue that offers itself for hire, we liaise with all parties when it comes to setting ticket prices and offering concessions. Some hires choose to offer a concession rate for their tickets and some don't. If a concession rate is offered, it will always be mentioned in the event description.
