Dance fit with Nick
A fun and lively weekly fitness class for all levels. Nick says, "no dance experience necessary, just be able to count to 8 and know which is your right foot and be prepared to have some fun and boogie."
The class aims to work on general fitness levels and includes sections for cardio, coordination, balance and brain work, defining legs, abs, arms and maintaining flexibility.
Everyone can work at their own level and exercises can be adapted to a beginner level working up to those more advanced.
